Q: How do I change the date and time on my CIX Phone System?
A: From a telephone dial, #651, You will here a confirmation tone.
    Enter data as YYMMDD, where YY=Year MM=Month and DD=Day.
    Press # You will hear a confirmation tone.
    Press Spkr. The telephone will return to the idle more with your display
    showing the new date.

    For Time:
    From a telephone dial, #652, You will here a confirmation tone.
    Enter data as HHMMSS, in the 24 Hour Format, where HH=Hour,
    MM=Minutes, and SS=Seconds. Use leading Zeros.
    Press # You will hear a confirmation tone.
    Press Spkr. The telephone will return to the idle more with your display
    showing the new time.


Q: How do I change my date and time on my Toshiba Voicemail?
A: Dial the pilot DN of your voicemail system. 
    (What you dial internally to get to voicemail)
    Dial *#, You will be prompted to enter your mailbox number
    followed by #  
    Dial 999# to login to the system admin mailbox. Enter your system 
    administrators password (provided at time of install).
    Choose option 8 for System Administration.
    Choose option 6 for Date and Time.
    Follow recorded prompts to set new date and time.



Q: How do I forward external calls to my extension to my cell phone?
A: In order to perform a external call forward from your system the class of   
    service feature that allows for two calls to be connected together?  This 
    would have to be enabled by a technician in programming.  If it is enabled
    the following are instructions on how to forward your calls.

   To forward all calls to a outside telephone number.
    Press ext. button + #6013 (tone) + outside line access code + dest.
    telephone number + # (tone)

  To forward calls when they receive a busy to a outside telephone 
   number.

    Press ext. button + #6023 (tone) + outside line access code + dest.
    telephone number + # (tone)

  To forward calls when they receive no answer to a outside telephone 
   number.

    Press ext. button + #6033 (tone) + outside line access code + dest.
    telephone number + # (tone) + timer (8-60 seconds)

  To forward calls when they receive busy or no answer to a outside
   telephone number.

    Press ext. button + #6043 (tone) + outside line access code + dest.
    telephone number + # (tone) + timer (8-60 seconds)

  To cancel call forwarding.
    Press ext. button + #6053 (tone)
